Mayor's Cup Valcour Island Tour A 7-mile kayak race on Saturday, July 9, 2011, and consists of a citizen and an unlimited class for all skill levels. It is an opportunity to enjoy the company of others while competing and paddling around Valcour Island on historic Lake Champlain.
